I had a real hard time finding wheels for my Volvo C70...thing is there just isn't many options for the 5X108 bolt pattern. I wanted a wheel that was easy to clean and that are decently nice at a good price. I found these and jumped on them.

Falken Koblenz

in 18X8 with 225/40/ZR18 Falken Ziex.

Should be on the car in 2 weeks...I will post pics on the car asap.

Oooh I like! Nice wheels. I would have some aftermarket wheels of my own, but it's too damn expensive to but new tires to go with them, and my stock 14'' size wouldn't look good with aftermarkets.

I went from 13 x 4.5 to 14x 5.5 wide,
steel wheels. Using 14 inch hubaps off a 1970 car, vs 1964.

Newer factory wheels the next size up from stock, are much cheaper,
than aftermarket.

I hope the new expensive tires don't rub, when you have 4 people in the car.

sweet....I'm understanding the black wheel with the chrome lip is what's "in" now...

There's nothing like an aftermarket wheel...kinda makes you like the car all over again!

i remember when i was around 23 and wanted some 16" enkei 'swirlies' on my toyota truck...(anyone here even remember those???)

nearly 15 years later, I now realize that was a waste of money, plus the added stress of worrying about them getting stolen every time I parked my vehicle pretty much sucked.

but hey, if it makes ya happy now, more power to ya!!! :)

in time, you may come to the same realization I did...

how much does a set of new rims/tires go for now? around $2K?

BTW, this isn't supposed to be a thread crap post, so enjoy!!!

That's why i bought a set of decent spoon look a likes. Plus a set of tuner lug nuts that require a key. If they get stolen then, f***, but at least it won't be almost 2k down the drain.
