Post Office Employee really pisses me off

I ordered a jacket from American Eagle which was shipped on January 18. Last night I checked the order status since I have yet to receive and and it states that it was delivered on January 21. However, I have received nothing. No package, no key, not even a delivery attempt notice.

I call the post office and have to deal with this super bitch. She pretty much tells me that it was delivered and there is nothing that can be done. Well if it was delivered, where the hell is it?

Gotta hate that. It happened to me once. I didn't do anything about it. Luckily, I got a ring at the door and the nextdoor neighbor is there with my package saying it was mailed it to them by accident. Sorry, not much help.

American Eagle=Sweet

Didn't you post about the PostOffice a couple of weeks back?

Might go down and talk to the post master and get something done. Watch out for those usps employees though.

That's exactly why I hate the post office.

Because they are run by the government, they are able to successfully have ZERO customer service and still stay in business.

Yes I did. I spoke with the Post Master, but that was not so much a pleasant experience. I figured they had gotten things straightened out, but I guess not. Instead of talking to West Lafayette branches PM I am going into Lafayette since it is the main PO for this area.

Well I hope you get your jacket. When I order something online, and it comes in the mail, it's like a mini-Christmas experience. When I have to wait 3-5 extra days on something that should have been there, or gets lost in the mail, I get a little un-happy.

Good luck to Ya!

That's why if you ever want something anytime soon, don't use USPS if at all possible. If you look at the fine print, I'm pretty sure their "Priority Mail" has absolutely no priority whatsoever; it can basically arrive whenever the hell they want it to, or it may not ever arrive at all (worst case, obviously). It's cheap, but like a lot of things in life you get what you pay for. :(
