Post Office changes hours...

just got a postcard saying USPS is changing hours to 10am-7pm.
while at first excited about the later 7pm bit, i later noticed that they will not be open until 10am.
checked the website to see if this was a wide change or just some weird local ones.
anyone else?

I didn't get my Christmas card from them last year. We're not on the best of terms anymore.

Yeah, my post office started that a month ago...but they still open at 8.....

That said, the post office where I work is lazy. They open at 9 and close at 4 and the whole dam parking lot (hold about 50 cars) is for employees only.
