I had a 32oz. bottle of Gatorade before going to bed with an advil -- I know it's not good for you, so I don't do that often -- and another 32oz. Gatorade with a multi-vitamin when I woke up. I slept with Gatorade next to my bed and drank that without getting out of bed when I woke up dehydrated at like 5am.
I also drank less than everyone else last night, 6-7 drinks over the course of 5 hours compared to 9-11 for the friends I was out with, so I was the most sober one there. I value my days off from work more now than I did in my earlier 20s, and really didn't want to waste this one to a hangover, and it worked out pretty well.
