It seems as if the dialog box has become slightly smaller than otimal size. It has started trimming the emotion combo box when it is initially opened.
Using IE 6 SP1 on an XP box.
Do not notice it happening on a Linux box.
I do not recall playing with any settings on the XP box to cause this.
