Please post here if you have ever received dead hardware when you bought items online.

I am one of the unfortunate people.
I ordered $1230 system, and motherboard and power supply and faulty case was not working.
I am extremely mad and want to get full refund because i want to order from different retailer.

Motherboard was dead..nothing happened, no POST, no BIOS nothing.
PSU was dead also
CASE was faulty because power button was stuck, you had to apply force to click it
and expansion slot windows did not fit PCI-E card
Like you know, back of your case, there is windows which you have to open in order to put your video card in..well my case was not standart size, so video card was loose.

3 faulty items in 1 package. i am extremly unlucky with online purchases.
Please post here your stories, so I can feel a little bit better cause i am mad 🙁
The retailer i used is ncix.com (dont have newegg.com in Canada)

Once I ordered a MB from Newegg, Cheapo and it arrived DOA. RMA for a refund no problems, just the week and a half wait between return and getting a credit on my card.

Lots of people get DOA items its just a fact of life. I have had both a DOA video card and motherboard before. its annoying but its no big deal it happens. The motherboard was an Asus P4P800 Deluxe and the video card was an XFX 6600GT (awesome card BTW).
