Post here if you are using a Skylake CPU, with iGPU, and DO NOT have HDMI issues

Trying to figure out if it's my Asus H110M-A micro-ATX 1151 mobo, or Intel's SKL iGPU drivers (for Win7 64-bit).

I've been having such severe issues with HDMI audio handshaking with a number of Intel's SKL iGPU drivers.

Some driver versions even gave me BSODs during installation!

I'm wondering if it's my mobo, or Intel's drivers.

Does anyone here use an i3-6100, with Intel's drivers, successfully?

Can you tell me your mobo, and the version of Intel's iGPU drivers?

Edit: It appears that the problem does have something to do with my Asus H110M-A mobo. I did an experiment with one of my ASRock Z170 Pro4S boards. http://forums.anandtech.com/showpost.php?p=38231624&postcount=7062

I'm using a similar setup (Asus M32-CD, i5 6400). I don't use hdmi for audio, but I've had not video issues thus far.

That said, getting Win 7 to run on it has been a severe PITA.

G4400 on a GA-B150M-D3H, use my xonar dx with toslink for audio. No issues with my HDMI for video though. W7 64 bit.
