Have a grandchild that lives in Idaho w/ a computer I put together. Is there anyone who might offer some support ( in the event of a crash) out in this area. If need be I would pay for any assistance. I am living in So. California and it is hard to walk her thru.Please let me know.

I lived out there for a year, I don't recognize that town name. Is it in the Panhandle?

The town is near Coeur d' Alene, ID about 40 miles from Spokane, WA.
