Post Error 04

I am building a system with an Abit AN8-SLI board and on first boot got a 04 post error code.

This isn't even in the manual.

Ive removed everything and still get the same error. I reseated the CPU and still got the same error. Ive removed the battery, used the CMOS wiper switch all to no avail.

When I first apply power I get a 01 code showing.

Then I hit the power button and it goes through this sequence:

83
90
F1
04

It stops on 04 and doesnt go any further. There is also a series of beeps. Basically 1 beep , with a second pause in between the beeps.

Any ideas?

If you can't find the meaning of the 04 POST error code, focus on the beeps. I googled the 04 error, but the only thing that remotely resembled a fix was to reseat the memory. If you remove everything from the board (cpu, ram, vga) and it still POST with the same error, RMA it.
