Don't make the same mistake I made & do this, this looks a scam. you give them all your personal info and THEN you find out you have to "complete an offer" to get the candy, which turns out to be somebodies BARELY disguised netflip referal page. In other words they are (maybe) going to send you a 25 cent candy package in order to sell your email address & collect a referal bonus (whihc can be over $10) on a deal you can get by going to netflip.

Tell you what, if you are gonna sign up for one of those referal deals, go here instead and not only will I NOT sell your email address, I'll send you TWO bags of easter eggs Seriously.
