POST code display for Lanparty Jr P45-T2RS

I'm putting together a new system with one of the new mATX crossfire boards from DFI, the Lanparty Jr P45-T2RS. When I connect it all up, I get no beeps on an attached speaker, nothing over audio, and no boot screen. (This is with or without RAM installed, and also after a BIOS reset -- and the fans and drives spin up.)

The manual lists meanings for error codes, except there is no LED POST code indicator that I can find on the board. =/ (The full-size ATX board has an LED display that shows a numeric code, which is near the floppy connector as shown in one of Anandtech's review photos, the mATX one doesn't appear to have it.)

Do you guys have any tips on troubleshooting this? 🙂 My search-fu is weak and only shows two posts regarding this board, and neither seemed to be applicable.

edit:
Apparently, if you don't have a CPU fan plugged in, the board won't boot. 😀 So, that solved my problem. 🙂 If a mod wants to delete this, feel free -- otherwise it can be a warning to others about the lack of a BIOS code display on the mATX boards.
