POST/beep error code

My soltek SL-75DRV5 with an Athlon XP 2000+ stopped booting after I ran Redstorm overclocking. My FSB was at 140 HMz before I restarted. It told me to reboot and it didn't start back up after I did. I have no video. My speaker makes an interesting beep code. The hard drive LED on the front is solid for awhile, but the LED on the hard drive turns off momentarily after I start. The keyboard lights blink right as the beeps start. The sounds may be 1 long, 2 short in quick succesion or 1 long. This is followed by a short beep in the same tone and a short beep in a low tone. The last two beeps sound like the computer is saying uh-oh (literally). I have looked for the meaning of these codes, but all I can find is that the first means a video card error. I have tried every possible combination of a PCI and AGP card in the system. I have cleared the CMOS more times than I can count. I know the PCI video card worked in a virtually identical system. Any help woule be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

System Specs:
Soltek SL-75DRV5 (Via KT333)
512 MB of Mushkin DDR2700 (333) memory
Award v. 6 BIOS
Athlon XP 2000+
SIS 315 AG315T 64 MB video card (set at 4x, can be set to 2x mode)

I tried a different strip of the same type of RAM, but now I get the same beginning beep code followed by a constant succession of short beep codes.
