I don't particularly feel like going nuts with the blur tool right now, but I have AT open on one monitor, outlook, IM, RD connection and a couple VNC connections open on the other.
 
I'd post mine but it would be just a giant blur. Customer information,models, and the like. I have SolidWorks 2007, eDrawings 2007, Outlook, and our Database program open though.
