Here's mine: pilots are required to choose different meals on a flight. This is in case one pilot falls sick due to food-poisoning, the other can take charge. I got this from here.

I should also post another related practice in commercial aviation: if a pilot is between 60 and 65, the other pilot must be younger than 60 to reduce the likelihood of both pilots suffering health problems during the same flight.

Now your turn!

We don't have anything creative or cute. We can't screw clients (literally not figuratively) everthing else is fair game since it is a matter of dergreeas and interpretation.

can't own any stock unless pre-approved by risk management committee.

:( what good is being privy to all sorts of merger/deal info if I can't rake in the cash and capitalize on it!?

in the military, even though the M-16 has 30 round mags, it was common practice for a long time to never fill it up, most people would do 27 or 28 rounds. The full 30 would make the spring too tight and could cause a jam.

However with newer mags I dont think this is a problem, even though a lot of superstitious people are still not willing to load a full 30, "just in case".
