Strange! I began getting a different url after processing on IE, and without the image. I tried Firefox and everything was fine, It appears that the new problem was due to Zone Alarm on my system, but it only happens on your site. Everything's fine now.

I rarely work out arms as I can't be assed. Too much effort for me to work arms as hardcore as some people. Just no :heart: to keep doing it 😛 Pull ups are great for arm thickness and for upper back also at the same time. I do pull ups as that I can handle.
