Possibly stupid question

He has talked about his grandmother living in a shack. Would it hurt him to maybe.. buy her a bigger shack? Maybe even a house?

She doesn't live in a shack anymore.

Cnn did an interview of her not to long ago which showed her house.

Well it is a hut, but has been renovated.

edit: It's actually quite nice considering that Kenya is going through major problems right now.
