possibly moving to wilmington ohio...sorta near dayton

Wally. where in ohio are you from?

Dayton: doesnt get snow normally but when it does, say goodbye to the roads and any sort of good drivers. its a nice area down there not southern enough to notice but its not purely north accent either.

Born in Ohio, moved to WA.

If I didn't have friends here whom I won't leave I'd be back in Ohio in a heartbeat. Ohio > Western WA. Eastern WA is pretty much like Ohio. 🙂

see the snow depends on the person. i personally cant stand where im at right now in terms of weather. it gets cold but doesnt snow. i love snow.

land is prominent where im from in Geauga county (somehow its the only county that gained farms last year). and i live on 5 acres its awesome.

JacobJ: i was talkng about the West coast.

I'd forgotten about Bellingham. Bellingham's nice. I'm in Federal Way right now and not too fond of the whole SeaTac area, though Puyallup and Auburn are nice.

I just grew up around farms and fields and the sort of people who are happy living 1 hour from any town with 10,000 people in it. My hometown hit 4,500 people (about) in the last census and everyone was worrying because we thought it was becoming huge. I don't think I'll ever really feel at home anywhere without cornfields.

I miss the snow in Ohio too.

i live in a town of 4000 im pretty sure, and then the town that shares its HS with mine is about 8 grand. its nice to know the neighbors. here where im at is JUST like home except for the snow. and the massive college, but thats it.
