possibly a bug in my tv

I turned on my 46 inch sony rear projection tv and there was a black spot in the lower left hand corner. Its shape resembles a bug. What else could it be and some suggestains to fix it.

If it's rear projection I guess it could be anywhere between the light source/LCD and the screen itself. Goog luck getting in there though.

I had some dust on the DLP chip inside my projector and I had to take the cover and lenses off to get at the dust.

Might want to e-mail sony to see what they have to say.
