possible zone alarm 6 problem

i've been having trouble with my internet connection cutting out on me and opening several IE windows will usually get it going again for some reason.

well, i set it so that ZA doesn't load up at windows just to check this out. didn't have a single problem for 2 days with it off. now, i wonder if its something with ZA or the way i have it set up? i have no idea what setting it might be. i wonder if i should reinstall it and just go through the setup manually instead of using my backed up settings.

have you guys ever run into anything like this?

wll, i reinstalled zone alarm and didn't use my previous settings. so far everything is ok. at this point it looks like that was my problem

hmm..apparently on the ZA forums a lot of people have similar issues. i wonder if i fixed it now after trying a few things that were suggested there.
