The apologists will probably insist that we planted it.

BTW, seeing that it's from Faux News, has al-jazeera confirmed it yet?

Speaking of Fox, my friend told me that they were planning on running a new reality contestant show called "Appointed By America," where contestants will vie for the leadership of Iraq? Can anyone confirm this or was she pulling my legs?

Things are looking bad for the pro-Saddam crowd.

:)

Just wait until the UN weapons liason, Hossam Mohammed Amin, starts talking to save his own hide. Stockpiles will be found.

The 10th calvary was summoned to that location by inteliigence rpovided by special forces. They secured the area late thrusday evening and found the stockpiles early the next morning. The found 10-14 barrels, Surface to air missiles, launchers and other missiles, 2 mobile labs, dosage charts for chemical agents, hig quilaity gas masks, substantially better than those found so far from the Iraqi forces, which have been plenty. This was an open field site as opposed to an industrial setting as they have been searching so far.

As for the barrels thesleves, the 10th performed 3 tests, paper, electoric sniffer, and a mass spectrometer. All 3 showed positive results for nerve and blister agents, Cyclosyrin and H, could be a mustard type agent. Some barrels were sent to the US for further testing, there is also a field unit on the scene testing, which includes former UN weapons inspectors from the US, Britian, and Australia.

a bit off-topic, but anyone noticed the hedonistic lifestyle of Uday Hussein? He had hundreds of prostitutes working full time for him; thousands of pornos, and a black book that rivaled the size of my dictionary. That's what I call Weapons of Mass-turbation (Late Night).

POSSIBLE. This is quite meeningless until they are proven to actually be CWs. As for the documents linking Iraq and Al-Qaueda, officials are quickly playing down their importance. So to this day, there is no conclusive proof of anything. The wait continutes.

The following are from a few hours ago.
Al-Qaida links still dubious
Saddam link to al-Qaeda in doubt

Of course, these sources are British and not American, so many in this forum will scream "tainted" even though they are our allies and were the one to find the documents in the first place.

Leading Iraqi Scientist Says He Lied to U.N. Inspectors

Why continue to post as if there NO EVIDENCE when there has been ADMISSIONS?

They can DOWNPLAY the links all they want, unless you can make them disappear they still exist.

You think they kept detailed accounts of their dealings with terrorists? LoL

I give you due credit though Lil, your hatred for Bush has kept you in the game longer than most.

I'd sure like to notice that, but you're still posting. You're so quick to jump on everyone else, yet I haven't seen you admit to being wrong once. Every time Fox (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bush, Inc.) announces another big find, you breathlessly jump all over it like the second coming. Yet every time more thoughtful sources reveal that it was another false alarm, you slink back into the woodwork or launch another round of name-calling and misinformation. When will you show the integrity to admit you've been wrong about 30 times in a row now?

More importantly, when are you going to get a clue re. all these premliminary report? These tests are designed to produce a high rate of false positives. This is important to the safety of our troops. I'd think you would have learned by now. Sit back, relax, and wait for definitive proof. If the weapons are there, we will find them. If not, Bush lied - no news there.

Do you remember Bullwinkle the Moose, "Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat - this time for sure." Well, Bullwinkle, you still gotta get you another hat. Oh well, you're amusing to the rest of us.

I have admitted being wrong, I have posted links that show initial reports were false when I ORIGINALLY posted the breaking news from the field. I have not continued to point at ANY supsected finds after they WERE PROVEN to NOT be WMD, find evidence proving otherwise and link it here or continue to look like a babbling fool. I understand the field tests are geared towards safety and are ultra sensitive and not completely reliable by themselves. 30 times in a row? really, link them up please.

I bet you can't find 3 that show you were right on any issue, lol. Was I wrong when I said even the countires who opposed who cave and come kissing our butts? What about when I said NK would bargain for aid? Everyone hates a sore loser...lol

If not, Bush lied - no news there.

couldnt get through a whole post without your typical Bush bashing? go figure.

Why not address the claims of the Iraqi in the article linked above being ignored by the anti-war crowd? Why do you keep ignoring Saddams pre war admissions of WMD, and the post war testimony of the scientists who helped work on the programs, they are both consistent with each other and the report Saddam submitted to the UN.

You want me to chill, fine, do what nobody else has been able to, tell me WHERE the WMD saddam admitted having are? Maybe they are not in Iraq anymore, but they do have to be somewhere, or did that reality elude you?

Maybe Bullwinkle put them in his hat and made them disappear? That level of thinking is apparently your area of expertise so I will leave that to you....

Saddam lied all the time, and you insist that is 100% true because that's what you want to hear?
