Possible trojan?

I was browsing AT earlier when a pop up from AVG warned me I had been infected with a possible trojan. I immediately ran AVG scanner as well as spybot and downloaded malware bytes and ran that.

AVG came back with one healed infection and one warning, spybot had the usual adware but nothing bad. The malware scanner was still in the process of scanning when my computer froze up and the screen was filled with lines and other junk...now when I try to boot up it gets to the dell screen and just stays there. It has those lines again and they seem to pulse and some move in and out.

I could take a pic for clarification. Any idea what it could be? How do i get rid of it? I tried to boot into safe mode but it won't let me, it could be because of my wireless keyboard. Since the computer doesn't get a chance to boot it doesn't seem to be registering the keyboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks. :)

Since this is a duplicate of your thread in Computer Help, I will leave that one open.
