if so, best way to do it if I have a duel boot win98se/2k pro sys now...

Yes, no problem. Just install Win2K AS...it's smart enough to detect Win98SE and Win2K Pro and add them to the boot loader. Make sure Win2K Pro and Win2K AS are on different partitions, though.
