Hey guys,

My friend currently has an nvidia SLI system but a program he uses for work is having problems with the graphics cards for some reason and it's costing him a lot of money. So temporarily I recommended he get one good ATI card and one cheap ATI card and to use them in non sli or crossfire mode to run his 3 monitors, is that possible? Or will he have to get a crossfire motherboard to run 3 monitors using ATI cards?

Thanks,
Ice

If its a problem w/ SLI he can just disable that in the drivers and just use the 2 cards as seperate display adaptors to drive all his monitors
