Possible to use hardware decoding from Realmagic Plus with other software then DVD Station?

Is it possible to use the hardware decoding from Realmagic Plus card with other programs? I don't particularly like DVD Station.

There is another program that can use the H+, but I never tried it. PowerDVD/WinDVD/Cinemaster can't use it, unfortunately.
