Possible to upgrade laptop CPU?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade my sony pcg-fr130 labtop. Currently it has an xp 2000+ and I want to put in a mobile barton 2600+. It is around $95 on newegg. The labtop is running perfectly fine, but I am just a speed freak. And yes I am afraid of opening up and ruining the laptop. THanks
