Possible to upgrade graphics card laptop?

My friend's got a hp pavilion dv2500t. He's only got an integrated solution right now, I was wondering if it was possible for him to upgrade to something that'll let him run games?

Depends, some laptops have an expansion slot but most don't, even if your friend's laptop did theres the fact that the video cards for laptops are expensive, an 8800 M would probably cost about $600+
