Possible to tune radio to FM 90.0?

the fm transmitter I bought needs to be on FM 90.0. Can car stereos even do that? if not I was stupid for buying it, but the people that made it were even dumber (unless other countries use different freq)

Try using 89.9 or 90.1

Yep, other countries use different steps and I have seen many radios than can switch.

maybe you need an old fm radio with an analog tuner

Most cannot, some can. I had a stereo with a digital tuner that did increments of .05

I had a Sony car stereo that could tune in increments of .1.
