Possible to set up video out on PC as an alternate login?

Hey, I currently have my computer wired up so I have an HDTV in one room and a monitor in another. Would it be possible to have separate users able to log on each? I'd really like to create a limited access account (for pretty much games over) on the other TV so I don't have to worry about people messing things up on it.

Anyway this would be possible? Maybe using virtualization or something?
