Possible to run RAID 1 and RAID 0 - one MOBO - 4 drives

I'm running a Biostar TA790GX AM2+ and already have a RAID 0 array set up. Is it possible to add two additional physical drives and run them in a RAID 1 setup?

I've searched around and can't seem to find good info on this. Ideally, it seems that a RAID 5 setup would be the way to go, but the new drives I have are 4tb and the old (the ones already in RAID 0) are 1tb each. I'd like to come up with a solution that doesn't require sacrificing the storage space of my new drives.
