possible to rent out a studio?

at my job, we are having a company produce a flash video for us, but to save money, we wanted to do the voiceover (the dialogue going on during the flash) ourselves. Is there anywhere we can rent out a studio? Does National Public radio rent out a studio room (we're in Washington DC)?

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
Look in the phone book for recording studios. They're all over the place, with many different price ranges. It all depends on what equipment you need access to.
