Possible to invert all colors on my desktop?

So on my mac, I can just hit 4 keys and all the colors are inverted. Blacks become whites, whites become blacks, and so on. A godsend to my eyes. Is this possible on the PC? By invert, I don't mean the "high contrast black" color scheme, but inverting ALL the colors displayed to me on the desktop.

Use the gamma curve designer in your video drivers and just make it y=-x instead of the standard y=x curve. I know NVIDIA has one and I believe ATI does as well. If not, RivaTuner has a gamma curve designer.
 
I'm using a Radeon AIW 9600 Pro. I can't change the gamma curve to y = -x. 🙁

...well, I guess I have an excuse to buy a new video card if Nvidia cards can do this 😛
 
Well you know what I mean by y=-x right? Just drag the top one to the left and the bottom one to the right to form the y=-x curve. Perhaps it's not possible though.
