Is it possible to get some sort of PowerNow(AMD's version of Speedstep) control panel for the AMD XP mobile processors in Windows XP?
Everything I've found says that Windows XP has built in power features for the XP processor, but other than fiddling with the built in Windows XP power schemes, there's no way to modify the CPU speed manually.
Has anyone ever come across anything that'll let you change the speed more in depth than what the Windows XP power schemes think it proper?
