Possible to identify this Flash chip?

Hello. I took apart a new SSD and the flash chips are labeled 4xb2d on the first line and nw674 on the second line. There is a capital M with a halo around it which I assume is the Micron logo. Is it possible to find more information about this chip (TLC or MLC)? Or is this chip undocumented for some reason? Thanks.
