Possible to get a decent laptop for $200-300?

I'm just looking for something I can use to chat/e-mail/web browse with. It could even have a Linux OS on it for all I care. Would also like something that can handle at least a 802.11 B wireless card, and have a 10/100 ethernet port. CD-ROM drive and floppy drive are a must, USB would be nice. Is something like that unrealistic for only $200-300?
