Possible to cool socket 370 celeron without fan?

Has anyone used the Zalman copper "flower" cpu cooler on a socket 370 celeron 1GHz?? The specs say it is good enough to cool a P4 (with fan at 1600rpm), so I'm thinking it might be good enough for the celeron without the fan. My reasoning for this is the celeron puts out around 30W and the P4 puts out over 50W. I'm thinking at the very worst temps could be slightly over 50C, is this enough to fry a celeron?

Well, 50c shouldn't FRY anything. But even small airflow often makes things more stable, so put a low rpm fan or temperature controlled fan which you can control with software (such as speedfan).
I put a very quiet fan on my 366Celeron which was already very happily cooled with Alpha PEP66. But on server I want things to be very stable.

Personally, I wouldn't try anything over a 1.5 Volt Cel 2 without a fan.
Have used the Zalman with fan at low speed on processors up to a XP1600+.
Never tried it without fan though.
