possible to convert DVI to HDMI?

the newer LCD HDTV's seem to have HDMI ports instead of DVI, is it still possible to get a converter so I can hook up my PC to one of these TV's?
 
I think it's fairly easy with the right cable since DVI and HDMI signals are identical or something similar.
 
Yeah, there are several solutions out there.

If you already have a DVI or HDMI cable, you can also get a short little adapter that will change one to the other.

There might be some issues when connecting devices that are meant for HT use vs a standard monitor. Check out the HTPC area of AVSforum.
