I'm not sure I totally understand your question, but taking your question literally, no you cannot "convert" an .exe to ISO, no more than you can "convert" a dynamic linked library file to NTFS file system. The two are so different that its difficult to imagine what you're attempting to accomplish.Possible to convert and EXE. file to and ISO?
