Possible to control fan speed on Artic Cooling VGA Silencer . . .

The Silencer is plugged into the video card header.

I assume I'd have to plug it in to a Molex with a controller to adjust the speed? Or is there software out there that will let me control the voltage on the 9800 Pro header?
