Possible to change video card in laptop?

I have an Ashton Digital Laptop

Specs:

Celeron 2.4
400mhz fsb
radeon 7500 graphics with dedicated 64mb
512 pc2100 ram

Is it possible to change the graphics card to a better one? Is the graphics card integrated? If possible where could I get one?
