possible to change the EL Backlight (indiglo) color on a cell phone??

Hey guys,

I have a LG TM-510, and I was wondering if it would be possible to either swap in a different EL film or add some dies or filters to change the color of my backlight. Just wondering if any of you guys have seen this done before, or would know if its even possible. Thanks.

i know that some people have modded ti calculators to add a backlight try ticalc.org or a google search on it
not sure if you could remove the current one in your phone and replace it with a different colored one though
i think it would be hard, expensive, and have a good chance of completely destroying you phone
it may be possible..but i doubt it's a good idea
