I have Chinese friend that wants to go into a University here in America. So far, it appears that nearly all Universities require foreign students to take the TOEFL test, but she would like to bypass the TOEFL test. Are there any tricks or known secrets how a foreign person can go to a University without taking the TOEFL test?
