Possible to buy Alienware cases?

A friend of mine is intersted in building a computer and wanted to know so here I am posting for him...


Is there any way to purchase a seperate alienware case

Ebay only that I know of. There's some close alternatives, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Anyway, yes, the only place you can get an Alienware case is on eBay. Adds to their mystique, IMHO!

I see Alienware cases and I laugh, because most of the people I know who have alienware computers paid an outrageous amount of money for outdated tech.

Alienware cases rock, if you're into that genre! Everything else is just a weak imitation, as cmdrdredd intimated.

If it looks cool, its cool, but since people have different opinions on cases its really upto the person getting it. Alienware cases have these weird cool for some reason...

Go for one of the high end Lian Li cases instead. Better cooling, better construction, and cost just as much

the voodoo pc cases are a real status symbol, those things are just sick.

Well, they are about the size of a '57 Chevy.

My roommate has an Alienware system, and frankly the case is enormously bulky, ugly, and not especially well made. I can't imagine wanting to buy one.

some friends bought an alienware near the beginning of the year with one of their more normal cases and the powersupply is silverstone, wouldnt be suprised if the case is too.
