possible to build a water cooling system for around $100

yea i want to cool either my cpu or my x1800 xl. is it possible to keep it around 100 dollars? i dont want a ghetto set up like a pail and bucket. : )

need some specific parts please .im a noob

In a word, "no." A good pump, which is the heart of a water-cooler and should never be cheap-licked, will cost you almost that much. Save up until you have maybe $250 and start looking at your options.
