Possible that injuries from an accident can manifest symptoms weeks later?

I got into a fairly bad car accident right before Christmas, was t-boned by a lady going 40-50mph. I walked away without a scratch.

I noticed just 2-3 days ago, and occurring more frequently as the days pass; When i bend forward to do anything (plug in a cord, pet my dog, pick something up), as I sit back up my neck/shoulders make a strange pop and it sends an uncomfortable shiver/pain through my upper torso. Really Really weird sensation, and I don't like how awkward it feels.

Possible that this could be related to the accident?

Yes, see a doctor ASAP or you may get safted if you try and get the other guy to pay if it turns out to be something serious.

I see.

But you should still have that looked at, it may be you are just sleeping weird but it's close enough to the accident that it may be related.

Get it documented. Get it documented. Get it documented. Get it documented.

I know you live near Tampa, there are enough lawyer, lawyer referral service, chiropractor, and other car accident related commercials on TV here to write a book about. Get on it :p

Last year my father-in-law was rear-ended by a drunk teen driver. His seabelt locked up but he didn't have an apparent injuries. About a week later he had to have an emergency appendectomy. His surgeon believed the seatbelt had bruised his appendix.

I told him to document everything and that I knew a fantastic lawyer ;) but he just wanted a rental until he got his VW back.

Some people want to milk an accident for a profit, some just want to get on with their life.

I have an electrician friend who fell off a ladder and landed into a dumpster a few years ago. At the time he had a few bruises but felt no extensive pain however, several days later he began to have excruciating headaches which was traced to injury suffered to where the spinal column joined the head. So I would say yes.
