Possible Stupid MP3 Question

Okay I have been going back and forth between Creative Zen Micro and Iriver H10. Finally for some reason, I think iAudio X5 will be my choice. However I need to know what the difference is between Cowon and Jet Audio. This is my stupid question because something tells me it might be the same company. So I need some input before I actually buy. I got a real problem with buyer's remorse so I always have to get it right the first time. It would probably be around $290 with shipping from Amazon.

I have the iriver and I love it, just got it two days ago.

Sorry this is my first MP3 player so I cant compare it to others... but
its still nice.

Cowen is the company name. Jetaudio is a "branch" of the company and is also the name of some of their products. They are basically one in the same
