Hey fellas my comp is trippin out. My mouse moves around by itself, when i open up my web browser (fire fox, IE), it starts to go wacky. When my comp is loading I see "lucallbackproxy" 4 of them loading on my comp??? What the hell is that? I did google it and I read that it's a spyware deeply inbeeded into my comp. I have 2 spyware, spysweeper, zone alram. So what needs to be done to get rid of it??? Do i have to reformat? I have a program called window washer, would that help? I just don't want to erase anything important. Well any help would be great.

If I ever see signs of weird stuff like that I just format. Takes about an hour, and you come out with a nice clean system. Why both spending hours trying to remove that sort of junk when a simple format is so much more effective?

I dont have screen savers. But I do have porn lol. So when I reformat, should I just reformat my C drive (raptor) and dont worry about my secondary drive???

lucallbackproxy.exe
LuCallbackProxy.exe is a Symantec LiveUpdate Proxy Module.
Manufacturer: Symantec Corp.
www.symantec.com

there are a few removal tools at symantec

symclean
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nsw.nsf/docid/2003033111445907?Open******=bar_sch_nam&docid=200301 0716234907&nsf=nsw.nsf&view=0f75ab1a9982283d88256c 250066dc94&dtype=&prod=&ver=&osv=&osv_lvl=&seg=en

rnav2003 and SymNRT
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039?Open******=&docid=2001092114452606& nsf=nav.nsf&view=docid&dtype=&prod=&ver=&osv=&osv_ lvl=&seg=

after a cleanup with those tools says nothing left to remove, you can install norton again

when you do, restart after install, allow it to go through its own firewall, and run liveupdate
restart
run live update
restart
run live update, when its got nothing kleft to update, (and this really takes four sessions) your norton should run as new.

I did google it and I read that it's a spyware deeply inbeeded into my comp.
Why didn`t your anti virus go off? allerting you if indeed this is a spyware?

I did a yahoo search and find no mention of a spyware..
