Possible reason the US doesnt want to ban chemical weapons

usually when a story makes allegations, they use more than "he said, she said" for the foundation. but, I guess it must be true because here you have a pissed off scientist, who by the way is insane since few people like to make weapons of mass destructions for politically unstable contires.

And I ah, thought he only did it ah, because he's um, stupid. Thanks for ah, keeping track of ah, what's going on there Czar. Bush ah, uses ah, a secret weapon on me um, to keep me um, from watching him. I ah, cringe with embarasment and ah, pretend um, he's not really president, especially um, since ah, he lost the election. I'm starting to wish um, he has sex with an um, intern and ah, in the hopes um, it will sharpen his um, mind. Man this guy is ah, um, sad.

Most important paragraphs from that "article":
Basson, who also spent time in a jail in Libya, said the impression that the Swiss honoured human rights was wrong.

"My time in the Swiss jail was the worst of my life. Those weeks were harder than in any other jail that I've been in - and I've been in one or two. In Libya I at least received food and got some sleep," he said.

Hmmmm...
