Possible problems with Dragon plus K7V

Since about April I have been running a Dragon Plus K7V mobo. When I first installed the motherboard my PSU ( a 300W Antec unit about 1 year old) started smoking and stopped working. I bought a new Antec 350W PSU and the motherboard and everything worked fine. I have been using the mobo with 2 IBM 60GB deskstar 60s in a RAID array. About a month ago the raid array died, I hooked the drives up to the same controller with RAID disabled and they worked fine. Now last week both of my hard drives completely died. At first they would make a clicking sound and the computer would boot sometimes. Then it would not boot at all and finally one of the drives refused to do anything. I have tried the drives on other computers and get the same problem. My question is: is it possible for my motherboard to have fried both of my drives or could it be the PSU? I now have 2 fried hard drives and I am skeptical to use the PSU or mobo because they might fry my other stuff.

Thanks,
Brian
