Possible PM to CircuitCity for the 120G 8M WD?

they are selling for $179.99 with $80 MF MIR and $20 CC MIR.

If we can PM there, we can get the drive for $139.99 - $100 = $40 still a good deal.
Or if they honor the $30 coupon, it will be $30.

Question: what can we show to CC to prove the saleprice of OM? My local OM doesn't
even have a flyer of the WD SE.

yea they will pricematch it..my city doesnt even have an ad flyer for OM, but i went to their website and printed another city's....however i didnt buy the HDD..didnt feel like waiting on $100 in rebates

I tried this. CC offered to match the AFTER rebate price of $59.99. In other words, they will only knock the price down $20 to $159.99. $100 in rebates brings it to the same $59.99 final price. If you can find a CC who will pm to $139.99, now that's a pretty good deal! Mine wouldn't.

They laughed at the coupon.:Q

That's a ripoff. I want them to pricemath to $139.99 and if they do 110%, I want that too. That'd bring it down to $25.99 + tax on $125.99, but I'm not sure if they have a 110% pricematch guarantee.

I've tried to PM at CC after their sales, and they now seem to be checking their website to check if there's any outstanding rebate offers available before the PM. Unless you find some CC employee that doesn't care, I say it's pretty hard to have them PM at the OM sale price.
