This email makes me suspicous:

What makes me wonder/suspicious is why they are asking for my atm pin? No one needs that except me. Here is the header:

And I used paypal as recently as a week ago to transfer money. I may not use it a lot, but it dosent qualify as inactive either. What do you guys think?

you never ever ever send your CC# over e-mail. paypal wouldn't ask you to either.

No company(eBay, PayPal, etc) will ever ask for your personal info over email. It's fake.
